Rob Morgan, President, Morgan Forestry Consultants, Inc.
A 1984 graduate from the Virginia Tech School of Forestry and Wildlife, Rob Morgan worked for seven years as an Area Forester for the Virginia Department of Forestry in Southwest Virginia before establishing Morgan Forestry Consultants, Inc. in 1994. Rob has decades of experience in forest management and the marketing of timber and logs for private landowners. Rob has been active in promoting American forest products exports, including private meetings in Washington, D.C. with officials from the Departments of Agriculture and Transportation. Rob also participated in USDA Trade Missions to Vietnam in 2019 and to The Netherlands in 2023.
Andrew Hensley, Consulting Forester
A Russell County, VA native, Andrew Hensley received his BS in Forestry from VA Tech in 2005. After completing his education in Blacksburg, Andrew returned to Russell County and worked as a procurement forester buying timber and logs for two local sawmills in the region. Since 2018, he has worked as a consulting forester conducting timber and log sales and timber appraisals. Andrew also has expanded the family farm which raises sheep, goats, and cattle.
Rance Frye, President, Fidelis Forestry, LLC
Rance Frye is a business consultant to the Forest Products Industry. He has extensive relevant experience in forestry, lumber and wood product trading, and manufacturing with a goal to improve clients' operating efficiencies, lower clients' cost of goods, and increase the velocity of products to markets. Rance operates Fidelis Forestry, LLC out of Cookeville, TN.
